- Organizational Declaration - 8/29/2009 deadline (teams and levels you plan to field)
- Scheduling Meeting - 9/12/2009 in Breckenridge
- Season Start - 10/15/2009
- Season End - 2/14/2010
- Tournament - 2/26 - 2/28/2010
More details on each of these events will follow here on this website. If you would like to place a bid to host the MSGHL state tourmanent please prepare your proposal and bring it to the scheduling meeting in Breckenridge. You will need to include the following information:
- Ice Arena(s) to be used
- Available Ice time
- Number of game times available
- Approximate fee to be charged
- Names of the tournament directors and their experience
- Available housing/cost
