The 2008-2009 MSGHL is about to begin! In an effort to keep communications between teams and associations flowing smoothly we have added some exciting new features to the MSGHL website (more on that below).

Each year we clear out all the MSGHL website usernames and ask that all coaches, team managers, and association level contacts re-REGISTER on the MSGHL website. You will notice that this year you will be asked a series of questions during the registration process i.e., Association, Coach (yes or no), Team Manager (yes or no), and you can select the age group(s) that you will be working with this year. The MSGHL system will then automatically sort these groups so that they are easily located throughout the year by anyone seeking thatinformation.

Therefore, please REGISTER on the website at your earliest convenience. 

NEW MSGHL WEBSITE FEATURES FOR 2008-2009

Private message system. Now you can send messages to individuals or create your own groups to send bulk messages to directly through the MSGHL website. Each time you login to this site you will be notified if you have any new messages. You will also recieve an email alerting you if you have recieved a new private message. To access the new system simply login to this website and click "inbox" or "compose" in the "Mailbox" block on the left side of the website.

Dynamic contact lists. Upon registration your contact information will automatically be placed in appropriate contact lists for coaches , team managers , and ALL . (those lists are only viewable if you are logged into the website). A convenient "send mail" link is located next to each contact in the list. (this will send the contact a email - not a private message). Emailing a specific coach or team manager has never been easier!

Team Bulletin Boards. Every team in the MSGHL is assigned it's own bulletin board. Coaches and team managers for each team should subscribe to their own bulletin board so they will get an email if a post is made on their bulletin board. For more detailed instructions on using the bulletin board please click here . (again, you will need to be logged in to see that link). Team bulletin boards will be used to communicate"team to team" regarding such items as game time rescheduling, hotel accomodations, etc.

As the year progresses we will help explain these new features and answer your questions should you have any. The most important thing to do at this point is make sure that all team managers, coaches, and other appropriate parties REGISTER on the website as soon as possible,
